Approved Technologies

The SAFETY Act provides two levels of liability protections for approval: Designation and Certification. By obtaining either Designation or Certification, companies obtain a level of legal protection in case their technology is ever put to use during a terrorist attack. Walter P. Moore and Associates, Inc. Approved: April 29, 2025 \| Expires: April 30, 2030 Walter P. Moore and Associates, Inc. provides Secure Design Services. The Technology is a suite of structural engineering services focusing on terrorist attacks that could affect the structural integrity of a venue. The Technology also includes three core service offerings: Threat, Vulnerability, and Risk Assessment (TVRA) Services, Design Mitigation Services, and Construction Administration Services.
Analogic Corporation Approved: April 24, 2025 \| Expires: April 30, 2032 Analogic Corporation provides the Checkpoint CT Baggage Screening System (ConneCT or the Technology). The Technology is designed to detect explosives and other prohibited items, and is used for the screening of carry-on luggage at airports and other screening checkpoints. The Technology includes technical manuals, warranty and maintenance services, site surveys, installation and on-site support, training services and all personnel and contractor qualifications.
