Approved Technologies

The SAFETY Act provides two levels of liability protections for approval: Designation and Certification. By obtaining either Designation or Certification, companies obtain a level of legal protection in case their technology is ever put to use during a terrorist attack. See below for a list of approved technology certifications.

Honeywell International Inc.

Approved: June 26, 2019 | Expires: July 31, 2024

Honeywell International Inc. provides the Digital Video Manager ("DVM") System. The Technology is a scalable, digital closed-circuit television surveillance system delivering advanced user features for monitoring security threats and providing recorded video in support of post-incident investigations. The Technology also includes: the personnel who conduct installation, maintenance, and training services; supporting system reports and recommendations; and, attendant manuals, checklists, and technical documents related to the DVM System.


Building Intelligence Inc.

Approved: June 03, 2019 | Expires: April 30, 2020

Building Intelligence, Inc. provides SV3 (the "Technology"). The Technology is a software-based database used by building managers, occupants, and security personnel to support security identification of vendors, vehicles, and visitors, processing admission and maintaining a record of activity, identities, and objects at a given facility.


Cleveland Browns Stadium Company LLC

Approved: May 24, 2019 | Expires: October 31, 2020

Cleveland Browns Stadium Company LLC, Cleveland Browns Football Company LLC, JHAC, LLC, and the City of Cleveland provides Cleveland Browns Stadium Company Security Program for FirstEnergy Stadium (the "Technology"). The Technology is a comprehensive program comprised of physical and electronic security equipment, tools, emergency planning processes and procedures, and properly trained personnel, whose program encompasses the entire Stadium property, including the seating bowl and suites, gates, loading dock, inner and secondary perimeters, field, locker rooms, areas housing utility and mechanical systems, command center, and service level garage.


Professional Security Consultants

Approved: May 23, 2019 | Expires: June 30, 2024

Professional Security Consultants, a California corporation (the "Seller"), provides PSC Security Guard Services for Commercial Shopping Malls (the "Technology"), consisting of physical security project management oversight and trained security officers at shopping mall facilities throughout the United States. The Technology includes security officers providing physical security services based on customer requirements and contractual obligations.


Royal Realty Corp. (d/b/a) The Durst Organization

Approved: May 16, 2019 | Expires: June 30, 2022

Royal Realty Corp. (d/b/a) The Durst Organization and One Bryant Park LLC provides the One Bryant Park Security Program (the "Technology"). The Technology is an integrated security system based on suggested guidelines derived from State and local fire prevention codes and government agency recommendations, and is in compliance with New York Local Law 26. The Technology is comprised of policies and procedures, trained personnel, and physical and electronic anti-terrorism security measures, and intended exclusively for use at One Bryant Park (OBP), Manhattan, New York. The Technology further includes the hiring, vetting, training, and management oversight of employees.


Summit NW Corp.

Approved: May 16, 2019 | Expires: May 31, 2024

Summit NW Corporation provides Certified Cargo Screening Facilities (the "Technology"). The Technology is Certified Cargo Screening Facilities, designed to aid in meeting the congressional mandate that 100 percent of cargo placed on passenger airplanes be screened. The Technology includes, and provides, screeners and programmatic personnel for the screening of cargo in accordance with the Transportation Security Administration ("TSA")’s Certified Cargo Screening Program at TSA-approved Certified Cargo Screening Facilities.


Patrocinium

Approved: May 03, 2019 | Expires: May 31, 2022

Patrocinium Systems, Inc. provides the Patrocinium Platform (the "Technology"). The Technology is a platform-as-a-service solution, with web-client and mobile application components, for situational awareness and crisis response coordination and management. The Technology is capable of ingesting and displaying data from interfaced security equipment and includes initial setup services, user training, and technical support.


J&J International, LLC

Approved: April 30, 2019 | Expires: April 30, 2024

J&J International, LLC provides Certified Cargo Screening Facilities (the "Technology"). The Technology is a web-based system designed to enhance the situational awareness, safety, and security at sporting and entertainment events. The system is a means to digitally record, communicate, monitor, and analyze incidents occurring during events at sports and entertainment venues.


ADVNT Biotechnologies, L.L.C.

Approved: April 17, 2019 | Expires: April 30, 2024

ADVNT Biotechnologies, L.L.C. provides Biowarfare Screening Assays (the "Technology"). The Technology consists of the Biowarfare Agent Detection Devices (BADD™), individual hand-held assays, each of which allows for the detection of a single biothreat agent; and the Pro Strips Rapid Screening System™, a kit that allows for simultaneous screening for the presence of biothreat agents.
