Approved Technologies

The SAFETY Act provides two levels of liability protections for approval: Designation and Certification. By obtaining either Designation or Certification, companies obtain a level of legal protection in case their technology is ever put to use during a terrorist attack. See below for a list of approved technology certifications.

Approved: June 04, 2018 | Expires: June 30, 2023 Anschutz Entertainment Group, Inc. provides Securing AEG Fans and Employees (SAFE) Best Practices Guidelines for Arena, Stadium, Theatre, and Club Security (the "Technology"). The Technology is a set of best practices for establishing security at AEG owned or managed sites ("AEG Facilities"). The best practices also address the hiring, vetting, and training of personnel used to provide security services, as well as steps to evaluate their effectiveness. The Technology does not include implementation of AEG Best Practices by individual venues.
