Approved Technologies

The SAFETY Act provides two levels of liability protections for approval: Designation and Certification. By obtaining either Designation or Certification, companies obtain a level of legal protection in case their technology is ever put to use during a terrorist attack. See below for a list of approved technology certifications.

Atlantic CommTech Corporation: Security Design and Installation Services Approved: September 04, 2008 | Expires: October 31, 2013 Atlantic CommTech Corporation provides Security Design and Installation Services. The Technology is provided to the agencies of the U.S. Government and includes design, engineering, installation, and support of integrated electronic security systems. These can be: Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Access/Entry Control Systems (A/ECS), Closed-Circuit Television Systems (CCTV), and others. The Technology is developed and selected based on client established requirements and system needs. It contains commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) items that are client approved and validated. The Technology also includes all trained technicians, specifications, training, training manuals, and technical manuals.
