Approved Technologies

The SAFETY Act provides two levels of liability protections for approval: Designation and Certification. By obtaining either Designation or Certification, companies obtain a level of legal protection in case their technology is ever put to use during a terrorist attack. See below for a list of approved technology certifications.

The Technology is line of secure two-piece shipping containers consisting of a deck and lid that have no doors. The Technology also includes technical documentation, user manuals, and a warranty.
Cakeboxx Technologies Approved: May 25, 2018 | Expires: June 30, 2023 CakeBoxx Technologies, LLC and Surge Logistics LLC provide CakeBoxx High Security Containers, which are high security, two-piece shipping containers consisting of a deck and a lid that has no doors (the "Technology"). The deck, TrusDek™, is engineered to bear heavy loads. The deck is secured to the lid via the Vertical Locking System™. The Technology is available in default and custom sizes. It also includes technical documentation, user manuals, and a warranty.
