Approved Technologies

The SAFETY Act provides two levels of liability protections for approval: Designation and Certification. By obtaining either Designation or Certification, companies obtain a level of legal protection in case their technology is ever put to use during a terrorist attack. See below for a list of approved technology certifications.

GATE SAFE, Inc Approved: December 22, 2011 | Expires: January 31, 2017 Gate Safe, Inc. provides Cargo Screening Services at TSA Certified Cargo Screening Facilities (CCSF). The Technology consists of screeners who provide cargo screening services to CCSFs that have received certification from the TSA. The Technology also includes employee training and vetting in accordance with TSA program guidelines.
