Approved Technologies

The SAFETY Act provides two levels of liability protections for approval: Designation and Certification. By obtaining either Designation or Certification, companies obtain a level of legal protection in case their technology is ever put to use during a terrorist attack. See below for a list of approved technology certifications.

The Technology is a suite of traditional security officer services designed to deter, prevent, detect, alert, and respond to a variety of security threats at high-rise commercial buildings, religious facilities, corporate facilities, and adjacent critical infrastructure in the New York metropolitan area and in New Jersey. The Technology also includes the provision of armed and unarmed security officers performing traditional security officer services that can include security officers trained and licensed as fire guards and/or life safety directors.
Mulligan Security Corp. Approved: July 28, 2016 | Expires: August 31, 2021 Mulligan Security Corp. provides Security Services (the "Technology"). The Technology is unarmed security officers and armed tactical response officers at high-rise commercial buildings, school campuses, religious facilities, corporate facilities, and adjacent critical infrastructure in the New York metropolitan area and New Jersey. The Technology also includes site surveys and needs assessments, and the hiring, training and management of personnel.
