Approved Technologies

The SAFETY Act provides two levels of liability protections for approval: Designation and Certification. By obtaining either Designation or Certification, companies obtain a level of legal protection in case their technology is ever put to use during a terrorist attack. See below for a list of approved technology certifications.

The Technology includes training and maintenance services.
Prepared Response, Inc.: Rapid Responder Approved: July 16, 2006 | Expires: June 30, 2011 Prepared Response, Inc. provides the incident command system Rapid Responder. Rapid Responder enables first responders to utilize pre-determined tactical plans and coordinate on-site activities to respond to emergency incidents, including terrorist attacks, as well as natural disasters, fires, gas leaks, and hazardous material spills.
