Approved Technologies

The SAFETY Act provides two levels of liability protections for approval: Designation and Certification. By obtaining either Designation or Certification, companies obtain a level of legal protection in case their technology is ever put to use during a terrorist attack. Qylur Intelligent Systems, Inc. provides the Qylur Entry Experience Solution (QEES or the Technology). The Technology is a security screening platform consisting of self-service units, networked operator workstations and a suite of services. The five-chambered unit integrates access control and simultaneous scanning of multiple bags using dynamic iterative multi-view scanning. The Technology scans bags using venue-specific Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based automated detection for weapons and explosive materials, and collaborative detection of other prohibited items. The Technology includes methods for centralized remote screening, dynamic risk based and role-based screening, supervision via smartphone app, ongoing algorithm updates, installation, training, and pre-emptive maintenance of the Technology.
