Approved Technologies

The SAFETY Act provides two levels of liability protections for approval: Designation and Certification. By obtaining either Designation or Certification, companies obtain a level of legal protection in case their technology is ever put to use during a terrorist attack. Raptor Detection Technologies, LLC a/k/a RDI Holdings, LLC Approved: December 02, 2011 | Expires: December 31, 2016 Raptor Detection Technologies, LLC a/k/a RDI Holdings, LLC, provides Substance Activated Fast Evaluation-Technology (SAFE-T®) Fluid. The Technology is a liquid formulation allowing for the rapid detection of various explosives. The Technology is available in the form of wipes or a spray and includes the related products–SAFE-T® Wipes and SAFE-T® Spray, respectively. The Technology is to be deployed in accordance with guidelines provided on the product label and within product inserts, including guidelines regarding appropriate surfaces to which the Technology can be applied and methods for collection and analysis of samples.
