Approved Technologies

The SAFETY Act provides two levels of liability protections for approval: Designation and Certification. By obtaining either Designation or Certification, companies obtain a level of legal protection in case their technology is ever put to use during a terrorist attack. Raytheon UTD, Inc. provides Vulnerability Assessments and Mitigation Services. The Technology is a set of services that consist of: Balance Survivability Assessments, Defense Critical Infrastructure Program Assessments, Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection Analysis, Emergency Preparedness and Response Plans, Disaster Recovery and Continuity of Operations Plans, Modeling, and Customer Training. The Technology also includes all technical manuals and the selection, hiring, training, and qualifications of the personnel that perform the services.
