Approved Technologies

The SAFETY Act provides two levels of liability protections for approval: Designation and Certification. By obtaining either Designation or Certification, companies obtain a level of legal protection in case their technology is ever put to use during a terrorist attack. The Technology provides evacuation modeling for sports stadiums through use of a simulation model that evaluates pedestrian flow using a graphical interface which incorporates site-specific population, building specifics, and emergency management information. The Technology uses algorithms for computing the evacuation planning results in both 3D animation and statistical reports for analysis. The Technology also includes the qualified personnel who collect customer data and use the Technology to produce evacuation modeling results for a customer.
