Approved Technologies

The SAFETY Act provides two levels of liability protections for approval: Designation and Certification. By obtaining either Designation or Certification, companies obtain a level of legal protection in case their technology is ever put to use during a terrorist attack. See below for a list of approved technology certifications.

Trinity Technology Group, Inc. Approved: July 12, 2013 | Expires: July 31, 2018 Trinity Technology Group, Inc. provides Private Screening Services (the “Technology”). The Technology consists of the provision of trained and skilled personnel to operate screening equipment, conduct pre-board passenger screening, and carry-on and checked luggage and accessible property screening to prevent prohibited items from entering the sterile area of an airport.
Trinity Technology Group, Inc.: Private Screening Services Approved: January 14, 2008 | Expires: February 28, 2013 Trinity Technology Group, Inc. provides the Private Screening Services. The Technology consists of trained personnel who perform checkpoint screening of passengers, carry-on bags, and checked baggage at airports to prevent the smuggling of explosives, weapons, and other forbidden materials. The services are part of the Screening Partnership Program and use Transportation Security Administration approved standard operating procedures.
