Certifications

For Certification, a technology must have demonstrated confidence of continued effectiveness: i.e., it will perform as intended, conform to the seller’s specifications, and is safe for use as intended. In addition to the benefits provided under Designation, Certification allows Sellers of antiterrorism technologies to assert the Government Contractor Defense that immunizes Sellers from liability for claims arising from acts of terrorism. Technologies that receive Certification will be also placed on an Approved Products List for Homeland Security. Designation is a prerequisite for Certification.

Ryder System, Inc. provides the Global Supply Chain Security Program (the “Technology”). The Technology is a set of policies and procedures for secure delivery of goods being imported or delivered into the United States from international locations. The Technology includes development of policies and procedures, hiring and vetting of employees and third-party contractors, training, and quality assurance over implementation of the Technology. The policies, procedures, and implementation of the Technology comply with, and are certified under, the voluntary U.S. Customs and Border Protection (“CBP”) Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (“C-TPAT”) program.


Explosive Countermeasures International, Inc.

Explosive Countermeasures International, Inc. provides Explosive Detection Canine Teams (the “Technology”). The Technology provides a military-trained or law enforcement-trained canine handler with an explosive detection canine to detect odors associated with explosives. The Technology also includes training and operations manuals.


MorphoTrust USA, LLC

MorphoTrust USA, LLC, provides Document Authentication, a suite of products that, taken together, allow for the acquisition of information contained in personal identity documents, and for comparison of the acquired information against relevant document databases.

Simon Property Group, Inc., implements the Simon Property Security Program (the “Technology”). The Technology consists of security policies and procedures and internal resources created to assist in defending, deterring, responding to, and mitigating the effects of Acts of Terrorism at Simon properties in the United States.


Brock Solutions, Inc. and Brock Solutions U.S., Inc.

Brock Solutions, Inc. and Brock Solutions U.S., Inc. provide the Automated In-Line EDS Baggage Screening System (the “Technology”). The Technology is a control and software package designed to be applied to baggage screening systems of varying complexity. The Technology can be fully or partially implemented and includes design, development, testing, and installation.

The Boeing Company ("Boeing") provides aviation security services for Boeing’s commercial aircraft deliveries destined to U.S. sterile terminals under a Transportation Security Administration (“TSA”)-approved Boeing Security Program (“BSP”) (the "Technology"). The Technology consists of: personnel screening and training; passenger and cargo screening processes, equipment, materials, software and data; and subscription services.


Michael Stapleton Associates, Ltd.

Michael Stapleton Associates, Ltd. provides Explosive Detection Canine Teams and SmartTech Explosive Detection System (the “Technology”). The Technology also includes the recruitment, hiring, and training of the employees providing these services. The Explosive Detection Canine Teams component of the Technology has received SAFETY Act Designation and Certification. The SmartTech component of the Technology is a system that allows for the transmission of X-ray images to a remotely located bomb technician who provides immediate safety advice for the X-ray machine operator; this component of the Technology has received SAFETY Act Designation.

Eid Passport, Inc.

Eid Passport, Inc. provides RAPIDGate® System (the “Technology”). The Technology is an identification, credentialing and access management program consisting of equipment, software, and support services for personnel entering secure facilities. The Technology combines identity assurance, background screening, smart credentials, biometrics, and electronic access control into a program that is purchased on a subscription basis. The Technology also includes training, maintenance, and replacement of the furnished equipment and software (including periodic software updates and upgrades), and customer service and technical support.

VMD-MT Security, LLC provides Screening Partnership Program Services a/k/a Passenger and Baggage Security Screening Services (the “Technology”). The Technology consists of the provision of trained and skilled personnel to operate screening equipment, conduct pre-board passenger screening, and carry-on and checked luggage and accessible property screening to prevent prohibited items from entering the sterile area of an airport.
