Designations

For Designation as a Qualified Anti-Terrorism Technology (QATT), a technology must demonstrate effectiveness during operational testing or through prior use. Designation provides limited liability for third-party claims arising out of the deployment of the QATT with respect to an "Act of Terrorism." The maximum liability is determined by DHS, and the Seller is required to maintain liability insurance at that level. Other protections include immunity from punitive damages. A full Designation normally lasts for 5 years and can be renewed. Any technology deployed during its period of Designation is protected for the lifetime of its deployment.

Michael Stapleton Associates, Ltd. d/b/a MSA Security, operates as a provider of Certified Cargo Security Facility-Canine in accordance with directives the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) issued for the screening and securing of cargo which will be transported on passenger and all-cargo aircraft. To provide the Technology, the Seller must comply with all related statutory, regulatory, and program requirements for screening of air cargo, intended for transport via aircraft operating pursuant to a TSA-approved or accepted security program. Authority to provide the Technology is provided via written approval from TSA.


Target Field Security Program

Approved: August 21, 2024 | Expires: November 30, 2029

Minnesota Twins, LLC and Twins Ballpark, LLC provide the Target Field Security Program, a comprehensive, integrated security program comprised of security policies and procedures and structural, physical, and technological security measures designed to detect, deter, prevent, respond to, and mitigate acts of terrorism, among other items, at Target Field, including the stadium, adjacent parking lots, executive offices and immediate perimeter.


Hardwire, LLC

Hardwire, LLC provides the Hardwire Emergency Response Shield (the Technology). The Technology is a hand-held ballistic shield intended to protect the vital areas of the carrier’s torso against gunfire and bladed weapons.


Meridian Rapid Defense Group LLC

Meridian Rapid Defense Group LLC provides Archer 1200 Anti-Terrorist Vehicle Barrier. The Technology is a portable barrier designed to prevent unauthorized vehicle intrusion and vehicle-based attacks. The Technology also includes training, site surveys, installation and deployment services, technical documentation, manuals and technical specifications.


911inform Holdings Inc.

911inform Holdings Inc. provides 911inform Emergency Management Platform. The Technology is a cloud-hosted emergency response support platform consisting of capabilities such as 911 call location discovery and a situational awareness and event management dashboard.


Port Authority of New York and New Jersey

Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) provides the LaGuardia Airport (LGA) Security Program. The Technology is the development and implementation of a Transportation Security Administration (TSA)-approved security program that includes physical and electronic measures, tools, and procedures.


Kuehne + Nagel Inc.

Kuehne + Nagel Inc. provides, under the Certified Cargo Screening Program, a Certified Cargo Screening Facility. Certified Cargo Screening Facilities are secure facilities established per directives the Transportation Security Administration issued for screening and securing cargo which will be transported on passenger aircraft.

The Southern Company and its named subsidiaries provide the Cybersecurity Risk Management Program (the "Technology"). The Technology is an enterprise-wide cyber risk mitigation program that advances Company cybersecurity goals in electricity generation, transmission, and distribution, gas services, business corporate services, and other activities. Administered at the board, executive, and management levels, the Technology manages cybersecurity risk through governance, strategic direction, network security and data protection, business assurance, incident response, training, and policies and guidance.


EQ Management, L.L.C.

Approved: June 25, 2024 | Expires: June 30, 2029

EQ Management LLC provides Willis Tower Security and Life Safety Services. The Technology is a security management program designed to plan for and respond to emergencies, control access to, screen packages, and parcels entering, and provide for the evacuation of Willis Tower. The Technology also includes physical security, security plans and procedures, emergency response; training, and coordination with Federal, State, and local law enforcement.


Kansas City Chiefs Football Club, Inc.

Kansas City Chiefs Football Club, Inc. provides the Arrowhead Stadium Security Program. The Technology is a comprehensive program composed of security planning, physical and electronic security equipment, emergency planning processes and procedures, and trained personnel. The Technology applies to the entire Arrowhead Stadium property.
