Designations

For Designation as a Qualified Anti-Terrorism Technology (QATT), a technology must demonstrate effectiveness during operational testing or through prior use. Designation provides limited liability for third-party claims arising out of the deployment of the QATT with respect to an "Act of Terrorism." The maximum liability is determined by DHS, and the Seller is required to maintain liability insurance at that level. Other protections include immunity from punitive damages. A full Designation normally lasts for 5 years and can be renewed. Any technology deployed during its period of Designation is protected for the lifetime of its deployment.

(“GGP”) provides Shopping Mall Security Management Services to Shopping Mall common areas, as well as the Shopping Mall outside perimeter and on-site parking locations (the “Technology”). The Technology is a centralized corporate program designed to: (1) identify and promulgate security practices inclusive of anti-terrorism capabilities across GGP’s properties, (2) track and enforce compliance with those measures, and (3) develop and implement a program for responding to emergencies at GGP’s properties. The Technology also includes the use of GGP’s proprietary software programs and selection and placement of appropriate security equipment.


24/7 Software, Inc.

24/7 Software, Inc. provides 24/7 Software Platform (the "Technology"). The Technology is a web-based system designed to enhance the situational awareness, safety, and security at sporting and entertainment events. The system is a means to digitally record, communicate, monitor, and analyze incidents occurring during events at sports and entertainment venues.

The Technology consists of trained and certified personnel who conduct passenger, airport employee, and baggage screening in accordance with the Transportation Security Administration ("TSA") guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Southern Methodist University (“SMU”), a non-profit independent university chartered in the State of Texas and its affiliate, SMU Corp., incorporated in the State of Texas, provide SMU’s Security and Emergency Management Program (the “Technology”). The Technology includes policies, procedures, programs, equipment and personnel. SMU also provides security services as a subcontractor to the Office of Presidential Libraries, National Archives and Records Administration (“NARA”), for the George W. Bush Presidential Center (“GWBPC”) (“Bush Center”).
