Designations

For Designation as a Qualified Anti-Terrorism Technology (QATT), a technology must demonstrate effectiveness during operational testing or through prior use. Designation provides limited liability for third-party claims arising out of the deployment of the QATT with respect to an "Act of Terrorism." The maximum liability is determined by DHS, and the Seller is required to maintain liability insurance at that level. Other protections include immunity from punitive damages. A full Designation normally lasts for 5 years and can be renewed. Any technology deployed during its period of Designation is protected for the lifetime of its deployment.

Raytheon Company provides Controlled Impact Rescue Tool (the “Technology”). The Technology is a tool that is designed for use by Urban Search and Rescue teams during rescue operations where people become trapped under rubble. It uses multiple blank ammunition cartridges to drive a specially designed impact head that applies a concentrated shock load into concrete barriers. Successive impacts pulverize the concrete locally, making it easier to remove enough concrete to create a man-size hole through a wall.


Acoustic Technology, Inc.

Acoustic Technology, Inc. (dba ATI Systems) provides Mass Notification Systems (the “Technology”). The Technology is a suite of indoor and outdoor equipment and services for delivery of emergency warning and public address. The Technology includes both wired and wireless communication technologies, redundancy options, and solar-powered capabilities.


WFI Stadium, Inc.

WFI Stadium, Inc. (“WFI”) provides the FedExField Security Program (the “Technology”). The Technology is a comprehensive security program composed of policies; procedures; physical and electronic security equipment; and trained personnel to detect, deter, prevent, respond to, and mitigate Acts of Terrorism, exclusively at FedExField (inclusive of the Stadium’s 260-acre property) during events utilizing the NFL Best Practices for Stadium Security and on non-event days. The Technology includes the development of security policies and procedures, and is performed in accordance with the NFL Best Practices for Stadium Security.


AMETEK, Inc.

AMETEK, Inc., and Advanced Measurement Technologies, Inc., provide the Detective® product line (the “Technology”). The Technology is a series of stand-alone handheld, mobile, and portal radioactive isotope identifiers that can detect, locate, and identify radioactive and nuclear materials. The product line includes the Micro-Detective, Detective 100T, Detective 200, and Detective-SPM instrument classes. The Technology includes technical documentation, replacement batteries, transport cases, collimators, training, and warranty and maintenance services.


Electrolytic Technologies Corporation

Electrolytic Technologies Corporation provides the KlorigenTM (the “Technology”). The Technology is a chemical process system for the on-site production of Chlorine or Sodium Hypochlorite solution at water treatment plants and chemical facilities. The Technology can be fully or partially implemented and includes an operating and maintenance manual, site assessments, supervision of installation, field and acceptance testing, training, and customizable service and warranty plans.

Universal Protection Service, LP, Universal Protective Service, LLC, and United Security, LLC d/b/a Universal Protection Service (together “Universal”), provide Security and Guard Services (the “Technology”). The Technology provides unarmed security guard services and is designed to deter, prevent, detect, alert, and respond to a variety of security threats at commercial buildings, industrial/manufacturing complexes, and healthcare facilities. The Technology includes: pre-deployment security assessments, customer training programs, and emergency preparedness services.

The Technology is a software framework designed for building identity management, case management, screening, incident reporting, and criminal history applications. The Technology consists of an entity management framework, a data repository, and a data ingest function. It also includes system development and customization, installation, integration, system administration, training, maintenance, and off-site support.


RhinoCorps, Ltd., Co.

RhinoCorps Ltd., Co. provides Simajin/Vanguard Vulnerability Assessment Tool (the “Technology”). The Technology is a software tool used to assist facility operators in conducting risk assessments of their critical infrastructure and in quantifying the effectiveness of security procedures and defensive countermeasures. The Technology also includes systems engineering and technical assistance support services, execution of attack scenario simulations based on customer guidance and facility information, customer training, and technical documentation.

Messinger Mortuary & Chapel, Inc., d/b/a Messinger Indian School Mortuary, Inc., and its three subsidiaries Messinger Fountain Hills Mortuary, Inc., Messinger Pinnacle Peak Mortuary, Inc., and Messinger Payson Funeral Home, Inc., provide Certified Cargo Screening Facilities (the "Technology"). The Technology is designed to aid in meeting the congressional mandate that 100 percent of cargo placed on passenger airplanes be screened. The Technology includes, and provides, screeners and programmatic personnel for the screening of cargo in accordance with the Transportation Security Administration (“TSA”)’s Certified Cargo Screening Program at TSA-approved Certified Cargo Screening Facilities.

The Technology is the provision of services for the securing of cargo from importers who exceed the Tier 3 minimum security requirements promulgated by Customs and Border Protections’ Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism Program. The Technology includes the implementation of policies, procedures, training, and a risk management framework to secure the goods of the supply chain being imported into the United States.
