Approved Technologies

The SAFETY Act provides two levels of liability protections for approval: Designation and Certification. By obtaining either Designation or Certification, companies obtain a level of legal protection in case their technology is ever put to use during a terrorist attack. See below for a list of approved technology certifications.

Approved: November 30, 2021 | Expires: November 30, 2024

Iveda Solutions, Inc. provides IvedaAI Video Search, which is a software application permitting users to search for a combination of objects in real-time and recorded video. The Technology uses cloud-storage for video data and can be applied to live streaming video, with internal and external alerts, and to recorded archives.


Priority 5 Holdings, Inc.

Approved: October 12, 2021 | Expires: October 31, 2026

Priority 5 Holdings, Inc. provides Touch Assisted Command and Control System (TACCS™ or the Technology). The Technology is a software suite that combines information from disparate data sources, displays the aggregated information as layers over imagery or another location-based background independently obtained by the end-user; and enables the data from various layers to interact dynamically in a user-created, geospatially oriented, common operating picture (COP). The Seller installs and configures the Technology for customers and provides training and support services.


MorphoTrust USA Inc.

Approved: October 12, 2021 | Expires: September 30, 2026

IDEMIA Identity & Security USA LLC, provides Universal Enrollment Services ("UES") (the "Technology"). The Technology consists of hardware, software, and services necessary to provide and maintain enrollment services and centers, including such services as gathering biographic information, capturing biometric data, and issuing credentials.


Shipco Transport, Inc.

Approved: September 22, 2021 | Expires: June 30, 2026

Shipco Transport, Inc., a New Jersey incorporation, provides Certified Cargo Screening Facilities. Certified Cargo Screening Facilities are secure facilities established in accordance with directives that the Transportation Security Administration issued for the screening and securing of cargo, which will be transported on passenger aircraft.


Braves Holdings, LLC

Approved: September 21, 2021 | Expires: September 30, 2026

Braves Holdings, LLC; Braves Baseball Holdco, LLC; BRED Co., LLC; Braves Stadium Company, LLC; and Atlanta National League Baseball Club, LLC provides Truist Park Security Program. The Technology is a comprehensive, integrated security system based on Major League Baseball’s Best Stadium Operating Practices, other sports industry best practices, other industry practices, and government recommendations, and is comprised of physical and electronic anti-terrorism security measures, tools, policies and procedures, and trained personnel. The Technology also includes the hiring, vetting, training, and management oversight of employees and contractors.


HSS Inc., and HSS-ALL(n)1 ATL, LLC

Approved: September 20, 2021 | Expires: August 31, 2026

HSS Inc., and HSS-ALL(n)1 ATL, LLC provide Security Officer Services. The Technology is a suite of unarmed private security services designed to secure perimeters and prevent the introduction of unauthorized persons, weapons, illicit material, and dangerous objects into restricted areas of aviation facilities in the United States. The Technology also includes recruitment, selection, and training of qualified personnel who perform the above described services, as well as a quality control program.


Applied Engineering Management (AEM) Corporation

Approved: September 10, 2021 | Expires: August 31, 2026

Applied Engineering Management Corporation provides the Program to Assist Risk and Resilience Examination Water Safety Tool. The Technology is a software application designed to assist facility operators in completing an all-hazards risk and resilience analysis of water sector critical infrastructure. The Technology also includes tools to guide the user such as a process diagram, integrated user guide, and features designed to reduce data entry errors.


AWWA

Approved: September 03, 2021 | Expires: August 31, 2026

The American Water Work Association ("AWWA") provides its Standards Development Process (the "Technology"). The Technology is a process by a Standards Development Organization (accredited by the American National Standards Institute) of developing standards which set forth the minimum requirements of products and processes used in water supply and treatment to help provide safe drinking water and sanitation of a water supply. The individual standards and any implementation are not included.


Cincinnati Reds LLC

Approved: September 03, 2021 | Expires: August 31, 2026

The Cincinnati Reds LLC, Baseball Park Management Company, and The Cincinnati Reds Community Fund d/b/a Reds Community Fund provide Great American Ball Park Security Program. The Technology is the security program for the Great American Ball Park including the policies and procedures for security and anti-terrorism measures, the physical and electronic security measures, engagement with public safety and community partners, and emergency response protocols.


Stadium Management Company, LLC

Approved: August 09, 2021 | Expires: August 31, 2026

Stadium Management Company, LLC (SMC), and PDB Sports, Ltd., d/b/a Denver Broncos Football Club, provides SMC Security Program for Empower Field at Mile High (the "Technology"). The Technology is a comprehensive, integrated security program comprised of security policies and procedures, services and controls systems, and structural, physical, and technological security measures designed to detect, deter, prevent, respond to, and mitigate acts of terrorism at Empower Field at Mile High.
