Approved Technologies

The SAFETY Act provides two levels of liability protections for approval: Designation and Certification. By obtaining either Designation or Certification, companies obtain a level of legal protection in case their technology is ever put to use during a terrorist attack. The Technology is armed and unarmed guard services, specialized security forces, and fire protection and emergency response services for select government locations.
Securitas Critical Infrastructure Services, Inc. Approved: August 21, 2020 \| Expires: September 30, 2025 Securitas AB, Securitas Holdings Inc., Securitas Services, Inc., Securitas Critical Infrastructure Services, Inc., Securitas Critical Infrastructure Services of Puerto Rico, Inc., Pinkerton's LLC, and Paragon Systems Inc., provide Security Guard Services. The Technology is anti-terrorism functions performed by armed and unarmed security officers deployed in the United States and its territories for the protection of critical infrastructure. San Diego Padres Approved: August 14, 2020 \| Expires: August 31, 2025 Padres L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, Padres GP, LLC, San Diego Ballpark Funding LLC, and RSNCO LLC provide the Petco Park Security Program during Game Days, Event Days, Non-Event Days, Special Events, Gallagher Square (formerly Park at the Park) Events, and Functions for use at Petco Park Stadium (the "Stadium"). The Technology is a comprehensive, integrated security program based on Major League Baseball’s Best Stadium Operating Practices, other sports industry best practices, other industry practices, and government recommendations; and is comprised of physical and electronic anti-terrorism security measures, tools, policies and procedures, and trained personnel designed to detect, deter, prevent, respond to, and mitigate acts of terrorism against Petco Park and ballpark ticket holders, visitors, staff, and employees.
