Designations

For Designation as a Qualified Anti-Terrorism Technology (QATT), a technology must demonstrate effectiveness during operational testing or through prior use. Designation provides limited liability for third-party claims arising out of the deployment of the QATT with respect to an "Act of Terrorism." The maximum liability is determined by DHS, and the Seller is required to maintain liability insurance at that level. Other protections include immunity from punitive damages. A full Designation normally lasts for 5 years and can be renewed. Any technology deployed during its period of Designation is protected for the lifetime of its deployment.

Cumberland Stadium, Inc., Tennessee Football, Inc. d/b/a Tennessee Titans provides Security Program for Nissan Stadium (the “Technology”). The Technology is the implementation of the National Football League’s (NFL) Best Practices for Stadium Security, resulting in a program comprised of physical and electronic security equipment, tools, emergency planning processes and procedures, and properly trained personnel. The Technology covers the entire stadium property, including the seating bowl and suites, gates, loading dock, inner and secondary perimeters, field, locker rooms, area housing utility and mechanical systems, command center, and parking areas.


The Boeing Company

The Boeing Company provides Explosives Detection Canine Services (the "Technology"). The Technology is Explosives Detection Canine-Handler Teams, Bomb Appraisal Officers, Canine Unit Trainers, and Explosives Detection Canine Training Services. The Technology also includes documentation, training materials and training aides, the policies and procedures for hiring and vetting of personnel, canine selection, and training of Explosives Detection Canine-Handler Teams.


Cascade Coil Drapery, Inc.

Cascade Coil Drapery, Inc. (d/b/a Cascade Protection Systems) provides GuardianCoil® (the “Technology”). The Technology is a curtain system consisting primarily of a wire mesh and designed to absorb fragments in the event of an explosion. The Technology adheres to the following standards: ASTM F2912: Standard Specification for Glazing and Glazing Systems Subject to Airblast Loadings; ASTM F1642: Standard Test Method for Glazing and Glazing Systems Subject to Airblast Loadings;GSA-TS01-2003 Standard Test Method for Glazing and Window Systems Subject to Dynamic Overpressure Loadings, performance condition 3b. Installation services are not included.


Astrophysics Inc.

Astrophysics Inc. provides Conventional X-Ray Inspection Systems (the "Technology"). The Technology is a product line of X-ray-based inspection equipment used to non-invasively screen baggage, parcels, mail, personal items, and cargo for the potential presence of threat objects or substances. The Technology uses X-ray generators and radiation detectors, together with image processing software, to provide the operator with detailed images of the item being inspected. Interpretation of the image is, however, the responsibility of the operator. The Technology also includes installation, maintenance, and operator training, as well as related manuals and training materials.

Staff Pro Inc., d/b/a Allied Universal Event Security, Allied Universal Holdco LLC, USAGM Acquisition, LLC, U.S. Security Holdings, Inc., and U.S. Security Associates, Inc., provides Event Security Services (the "Technology"). The Technology provides physical security, access control, and crowd management to secure sporting events, business conventions, concerts and other special events. Anti-terrorism training and quality assurance program are included with the Technology.


JAS Forwarding (USA), Inc.

JAS Forwarding (USA), Inc. provides Certified Cargo Screening Facilities (the “Technology”). The Technology includes, and provides, screeners and programmatic personnel for the screening of cargo in accordance with the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) Certified Cargo Screening Program (CCSP) at TSA-approved Certified Cargo Screening Facilities (CCSFs). Employees are trained and vetted in accordance with TSA directives and guidance. Also, screeners conduct screening according to TSA regulations and guidelines using TSA-approved methods and/or equipment.


VMD Systems Integrators, Inc.

VMD Systems Integrators, Inc. provides Screening Partnership Program Services a/k/a Passenger and Baggage Security Screening Services (the “Technology”). The Technology consists of the provision of trained and skilled personnel to operate screening equipment, conduct pre-board passenger screening, and carry-on and checked luggage and accessible property screening to prevent prohibited items from entering the sterile area of an airport.


Owl Computing Technologies, Inc.

Owl Computing Technologies, LLC provides the DualDiode (the "Technology"). The Technology is a hardware-enforced one-way data transmission device that ensures one-way data flow between two network domains. The Technology can be purchased as part of Owl Computing Technologies, LLC’s products or as a standalone kit.


Isotec Security, Inc.

Isotec Security, Inc provides Anti-Terrorism Access Control Portals (“ATT ACP” or the “Technology”). The Technology is a secure vestibule systems designed to detect weapons and prevent unauthorized access into, and/or out of, protected facilities. It uses a ballistic resistant enclosure outfitted with metal detectors, occupancy sensors, magnetic locks, video cameras, intercoms, and other customer requested devices to detect weapons and control personnel access.


The Boeing Company

The Boeing Company provides its Risk Management Analysis Process (the “Technology”). The Technology is a service to the TSA in accordance with an Other Transaction Agreement. As part of this contract, Boeing supports TSA’s assessment of commercial aviation vulnerabilities and security risks. The Technology includes all associated data and information products (e.g., briefings, recordings, manuals, and databases) that are generated as a result of the implementation of the Technology either by Boeing alone or in collaboration with TSA and the Aviation – Risk Management Working Group.
