Designations

For Designation as a Qualified Anti-Terrorism Technology (QATT), a technology must demonstrate effectiveness during operational testing or through prior use. Designation provides limited liability for third-party claims arising out of the deployment of the QATT with respect to an "Act of Terrorism." The maximum liability is determined by DHS, and the Seller is required to maintain liability insurance at that level. Other protections include immunity from punitive damages. A full Designation normally lasts for 5 years and can be renewed. Any technology deployed during its period of Designation is protected for the lifetime of its deployment.

Vizsafe, Inc. provides Vizsafe (the “Technology”). The Technology is a scalable, cloud-based platform that aggregates, maps, stores, and shares real-time visual information from fixed security cameras and smartphone cameras. The end-user is able to share a geolocated video or photograph and add a brief description of the incident. The Technology is a web application hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) that is used to increase situational awareness and improve response time.

Mulligan Security Corp.

Mulligan Security Corp. provides Security Services (the "Technology"). The Technology is unarmed security officers and armed tactical response officers at high-rise commercial buildings, school campuses, religious facilities, corporate facilities, and adjacent critical infrastructure in the New York metropolitan area and New Jersey. The Technology also includes site surveys and needs assessments, and the hiring, training and management of personnel.

G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc.

G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc. provides Physical Security Services (the “Technology”). The Technology represents the provision of armed and unarmed security personnel at commercial, government, and government-related facilities, excluding nuclear facilities and/or those facilities operating under license to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). The Technology also includes the qualification and training of personnel who conduct these services pursuant to G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc.’s training, and all related manuals and technical documentation.

The Technology consists of design, engineering, installation, service, monitoring and maintenance services for electronic security systems. The Technology also includes manuals, training and support services.

The Technology is the provision of services for the securing of cargo from importers who exceed the Tier 3 minimum security requirements promulgated by Customs and Border Protections’ Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism Program. The Technology includes the implementation of policies, procedures, training, and a risk management framework to secure the goods of the supply chain being imported into the United States.

The Technology is a comprehensive, integrated security program comprised of security policies and procedures, physical and electronic security equipment, tools, emergency planning processes and procedures, and properly trained personnel. The Technology, a 24-hour/7-days per week security program, is deployed during National Football League (“NFL”) events and Special Events (concerts, Non-NFL sporting events, functions and entertainment events) and Non-Event Days.

The Technology is a set of products that enable security and network professionals to comprehensively prevent, detect, and remediate security incidents and policy violations through a single console for a customer’s security operations. The Technology also includes the Seller’s standard one-year warranty, the development of in-person training materials, as well as related support and maintenance services.

CEIA USA, Ltd. provides EMA Bottled Liquid Scanner (the “Technology”). The Technology is designed to detect liquid threats such as combustibles, flammables, and explosives that are concealed in bottles and similar containers.
