Approved Technologies

The SAFETY Act provides two levels of liability protections for approval: Designation and Certification. By obtaining either Designation or Certification, companies obtain a level of legal protection in case their technology is ever put to use during a terrorist attack. The Technology includes the implementation of policies, procedures, training, and a risk management framework to secure the goods of the supply chain being imported into the United States.

The Technology is a set of products that enable security and network professionals to comprehensively prevent, detect, and remediate security incidents and policy violations through a single console for a customer’s security operations. The Technology also includes the Seller’s standard one-year warranty, the development of in-person training materials, as well as related support and maintenance services.
CEIA USA, Ltd. Approved: June 01, 2016 \| Expires: June 30, 2021 CEIA USA, Ltd. provides EMA Bottled Liquid Scanner (the “Technology”). The Technology is designed to detect liquid threats such as combustibles, flammables, and explosives that are concealed in bottles and similar containers.
